_Case study of the Internet addict._
Internet is a perfect opportunity to escape the reality and start a new life, new virtual life where you can be anyone you want to be, and if something goes wrong you can start a new "new life" any second. All you have to do is just change your nick name and here you go, you are brand new person with a new status, life or even character. In case if you made a mistake in real life you'll have to pay a high price for that, some times a very high price, depends on mistake you have made; but not in internet life, you can do and say anything you want, even hard stuff, and if it make you a reputation of cruel, brutal or stupid one, all you have to do to change it pick a new nick. Easy, isn't it? Oh yes it is! You don't have to think about what you have done or said, you don't have to keep to social norms and rules, actually you don't have to keep to any rules at all, and no consequences at all. It is like you have an eternal number of lives, so you don't have to try hard in order not to spoil it.
So tell me, who do you think need internet more than anyone? Off course those who have problems in real life, those who can't find understanding because of their complexes, because of inability to communicate, those who are afraid of being misunderstood or ridiculed, those self unconfident people who can't just be who they are.
Let's make a case study of typical internet addict or inclined for internet addiction. It is a person who leads a hermit life from the very childhood, who never plays with other peers and just stays aside watching them. He will never tell his parents about troubles he have, about resentment he feels, about inability to find understanding among other children. As he grows up he have no friends, no phone calls, he never goes to parties and dates, and off course he have no girlfriend. He stays at his room gamming, when other teenagers have fun riding, dancing, dating. Usually such people become an object of mockery, which is aggravating the situation.
The person feels unsatisfied with his life, and feels helpless to change it as it lasts for a very long time. His parents to busy to notice, that their child have several problems and have no friends and life at all. They are working hard to ensure their child good future, but they don't understand that because of this race for a good future they lost connection with child and as a result he lost his present, and there's no future without present.
So person stays alone with his problems and unrealized desires, he tries to deal with these problems on his own, and the only way out he finds - internet. He can start a new life there, a life where nobody knows that he is already 16 and still have no friends, girlfriend, that he have never been at parties and clubs. There he may be anyone he wants: the cutest guy at his school, which dates three girls a time, or a cool blue eyed and coal-black haired producer who is looking for a new movie starlet to act in new love-story movie. And everyone will love him, listen to him, worry about him and waiting for the next time talking to him. So he won't feel lonely any more, he won't feel a looser any more, he will be happy ever before.
Other word the person inclined for internet addiction is a lonely one, who can't find understanding among his peers and whose friends and relatives are to busy to pay him attention, so people like this starts looking for understanding some place else, some life else, and they found it in internet scope.
